You will manage the full project lifecycle within a regulated environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own project scope, schedules, risk management, and issue mitigation.
• Define project objectives, milestones, and deliverables for cross-functional teams.
• Lead stakeholder communication, providing regular updates and maintaining transparency.
• Create project documentation, SOPs, and meeting agendas.
• Track project health and metrics to guide data-driven decision-making.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of project management experience in a regulated industry.
• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field.
• Deep understanding of FDA regulations, including GCP and 21 CFR.
• Practical experience with Agile methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Strong technical or scientific foundation.
• Experience managing risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and build consensus.

Preferred Skills

• Clinical trial experience.
• PMP certification.
