Description

You own the coordination of complex technical testing programs for manufacturing and production.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize testing activities based on manufacturing readiness, production schedules, sales commitments, and customer urgency.
• Act as the liaison between manufacturing, engineering, lab operations, and sales teams to align on test objectives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during factory witness tests, managing all visit logistics.
• Monitor test progress, escalate timeline impacts, and ensure test documentation and certifications are delivered accurately.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project coordination or program management, preferably in HVAC, cooling systems, or data center infrastructure.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet) and ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of data center thermal management technologies, including chillers, fan walls, and liquid cooling systems.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing customer-facing technical projects.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for customer-facing scenarios.
• Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with large-scale industrial testing environments.
