Description

You will lead the end-to-end implementation of LeanIX.

Responsibilities

• Configure, migrate data for, integrate, deploy, and manage the cutover of LeanIX.
• Define and enforce Enterprise Architecture standards within the tool, including meta-models, taxonomies, and lifecycle management.
• Drive integrations and automation with enterprise systems such as CMDB/ITSM (ServiceNow), cloud inventories, CI/CD, and discovery/APM.
• Establish governance and adoption frameworks, covering RBAC/security controls, data stewardship, training, and KPI reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, governance, and change management.

Required Skills

• 10+ years in technical Project or Program Management delivering enterprise tooling implementations.
• Deep experience with EA tool implementations, specifically LeanIX.
• Proficiency with EA concepts and frameworks, including TOGAF.
• Experience building governance, data stewardship, and user enablement programs.
• Familiarity with CMDB and ITSM systems, including ServiceNow.
• Experience integrating with Cloud Inventories and CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to tools like BiZZdesign, Sparx EA, or Orbus iServer.
• Proven vendor and stakeholder management capabilities.
