Description

Lead end-to-end project management for Oracle implementations, upgrades, and optimizations from inception to completion.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans covering timelines, resource allocation, risk management, and reporting.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and facilitate communication across cross-functional technical and functional teams.
• Monitor project budgets and resource usage to proactively address deviations.
• Execute quality assurance reviews to ensure deliverables align with client expectations.
• Ensure delivery within scope and budget for complex Oracle projects.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of project management experience in a consulting environment.
• Deep expertise in Oracle Cloud and Oracle EBS applications.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP, SCM, Finance, and EPM.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Oracle technologies and related business processes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification.
