Description

Manage application development, support, and modernization projects across the full systems development life cycle.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of systems development life cycle for large-scale applications in sectors like Health, Insurance, and Banking.
• Drive system modernization initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to technical standards.
• Collaborate with business customers to document requirements, perform analysis, and produce design deliverables.
• Execute and document test decks for IV-D system certification and manage ALM tools.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in application development and support project management.
• 3+ years of experience leading system modernization projects.
• 10+ years of experience documenting requirements and producing analysis/design deliverables for business customers.
• Proficiency with ALM tools such as Azure DevOps or JIRA.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with child support system certification and Financial and Case Management systems.
