Description

You will lead digital projects by managing cross-functional teams and coordinating Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) implementations.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and requirements through stakeholder collaboration.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate internal resources with external vendors.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
• Oversee the deployment of AEM solutions, ensuring functionality and quality standards are met.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management within digital marketing or web development.
• Deep expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) architecture, components, and workflows.
• Direct experience managing AEM development and implementation lifecycles.
• Strong understanding of project planning, risk mitigation, and resource coordination.
• Proficiency with AEM, Adobe Marketing Cloud, and Adobe Analytics.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in a related field.
• Project management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
