You will drive consistent project delivery through the full lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage releases, and allocate resources for projects.
• Manage project scope, schedule, cost, and risks.
• Facilitate all Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Standups, Retrospectives, Demos, Refinement, and Release Planning.
• Track and report project progress, velocity, and key metrics to stakeholders.
• Foster a team environment by removing impediments and shielding the team from distractions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies and practices.
• Proficiency with Jira and Rally.
• Strong knowledge of the Banking Domain.
• Proven ability in stakeholder management and performance standard setting.
• Experience in business/system analysis and process documentation.
• Skilled in backlog creation and prioritization support for Product Owners.
• Demonstrated ability to balance competing priorities (quality, scope, schedule, cost).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
