Description

You will drive consistent project delivery through the full lifecycle, managing scope, schedule, and resources for banking projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage releases, and allocate resources across project lifecycles.
• Manage project scope, schedule, cost, and risks to ensure delivery targets.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Standups, Retrospectives, Demos, Refinement, and Release Planning.
• Track and report project progress, velocity, and key metrics to stakeholders.
• Remove impediments and shield the team from distractions to foster a productive environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies and practices.
• Proficiency with Jira and Rally.
• Strong knowledge of the Banking Domain.
• Proven ability in stakeholder management and setting performance standards.
• Experience in business/system analysis and process documentation.
• Skilled in backlog creation and prioritization support for Product Owners.
• Demonstrated ability to balance competing priorities including quality, scope, schedule, and cost.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
