Description

You will manage PMO support and process improvement initiatives within a complex, global matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the downtime process for Sales Applications through active stakeholder management.
• Maintain and enhance the process repository to ensure operational efficiency.
• Execute feedback surveys, analyze resulting data, and manage follow-up action planning.
• Drive portfolio-wide process improvements and efficiency gains.
• Provide visibility into relative value through metrics, reporting, and data-driven storytelling.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project, program, or portfolio planning and delivery.
• Proficiency in Excel and Tableau dashboarding for data analysis and root cause investigation.
• Experience using Keynote to present actionable insights and data stories.
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and Iterative methodologies.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on continuous process improvement.
• Ability to set standards, propose policy, and coach others in project delivery.
• Proven ability to influence others and establish trust in ambiguous environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a global matrixed environment.
