Description

You will lead the deployment of Epic CP Beaker and other clinical lab projects within the Clinical Systems portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of multiple concurrent projects.
• Lead the deployment of Epic CP Beaker and related clinical lab implementations.
• Collaborate with the IT PMO team and multi-disciplinary business teams.
• Drive ownership within cross-functional teams to meet strategic project goals.

Required Skills

• 13+ years of total professional experience.
• 10+ years of Project Management experience with a specific focus on Epic Systems.
• Proven track record leading lab-related projects or Epic CP Beaker deployments.
• Experience working within a hospital setting.
• Experience managing complex projects involving multi-disciplinary business teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project portfolios.
• PMP certification or currently in progress.
• Experience working with PMO structures.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience working with healthcare or pharmaceutical companies.
