Description

You will manage large-scale application development delivery within the healthcare payer domain, leading multiple concurrent projects across diverse technology stacks.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent projects across EMR integration, Data/ETL/Snowflake, and Salesforce.
• Manage delivery for large customer engagements using onshore and offshore resources.
• Direct project lifecycles within ModernOps, Transformation, and DevOps environments.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams ranging from 70 to 100 members.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Program or Project Management experience.
• Deep Healthcare Payer domain expertise.
• Proven track record in ModernOps and Transformation initiatives.
• Experience managing DevOps-focused project areas.
• Hands-on management of ETL, MDM, and Snowflake data projects.
• Experience overseeing EMR integration projects.
• Experience managing Salesforce implementation projects.
• Experience leading large-scale global teams (70-100 people) across onshore and offshore models.
