Description

You will manage the end-to-end coordination and completion of complex projects and programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all project aspects, including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring progress.
• Manage and prioritize report requests to prevent duplication and ensure efficient data usage.
• Prepare status reports for upper management regarding project and program health.
• Lead and direct the work of others while applying judgment to accomplish project goals.
• Communicate technical project aspects effectively with technical team members.

Required Skills

• 4-7 years of experience in project management or a related field.
• Background in Hedge Funds or Retail Banking.
• Experience handling data and managing report requests.
• Ability to manage priorities and avoid duplication in reporting workflows.
• Strong understanding of technical project aspects.
• Proven ability to lead and direct teams.
• Experience working in high-pressure environments.

Education

• Any Graduate degree.
