Description

You will manage technical software projects with a strong focus on Java development and delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead software projects using Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
• Oversee development efforts involving Microservices and REST APIs.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables using Jira and MS Project.
• Review technical designs and code solutions to ensure quality.

Required Skills

• 8–12 years of IT experience, including 3–5 years as a Project Manager.
• Strong technical foundation in Java, J2EE, and Spring Boot.
• Experience with Microservices, REST APIs, and Hibernate.
• Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on coding or design experience for technical review.
• Expertise in project management tools: Jira, MS Project, Confluence, and Git.

Preferred Skills

• PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or equivalent certification.
