You manage complex projects from initiation through closure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans covering scope, schedule, resources, and budgets.
• Oversee project governance processes, including compliance reporting and audit readiness.
• Lead steering committee meetings and provide regular status updates to executive stakeholders.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with multiple teams and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Expertise in Project Governance.
• Experience leading executive stakeholder communications.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Proficiency in scope, schedule, and budget management.
• Experience supporting organizational change management.
