Description

You will manage middleware-focused programs using Agile, Scrum, or SAFe frameworks in Brampton, ON.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage project financials for programs with budgets between $2M and $5M.
• Deliver projects using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
• Coordinate and manage a large number of stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee program execution within Agile Scrum and SAFe environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Proven track record managing projects valued at $2M-$5M.
• Deep understanding of Middleware environments.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
• Experience delivering via Waterfall and Hybrid models.
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Background in the Telecom industry.
