Description

You will manage orchestration projects focused on quoting and ordering processes.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate progress across multiple priorities and cross-functional teams.
• Create and own process maps and operational playbooks.
• Translate business requirements into IT workflows through direct interaction with technical teams.
• Engage multiple stakeholders to manage risks and provide reporting.
• Perform discovery to create roadmaps for automation and digitization interventions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, or Technical/Ops functions.
• Deep understanding of quoting and ordering processes.
• Experience driving implementation through IT workflows.
• Proven ability to manage risks and deliver reporting.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to build and maintain operational playbooks and process maps.
• Any Graduate degree.

• Hands-on expertise in automation and digitization.
