Description

Manage end-to-end PLM projects using Windchill technology, overseeing setup through delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute multiple PLM projects from setup through delivery, ensuring quality, cost, and schedule adherence.
• Handle team administration including resource allocation, timesheets, invoicing, and project setup.
• Manage client relationships and account communications for offshore projects while coordinating with sales partners.
• Plan and track tasks for teams of 5+ members and provide hands-on mentorship.
• Develop project proposals, offers, and sub-project offers while monitoring delivery margins.

Required Skills

• 10-15 years of professional experience with an engineering background.
• 5-8 years of experience handling PLM projects.
• 2-3 years in project management roles with direct customer interfacing.
• Proficiency with Windchill PLM technology.
• Strong knowledge of configuration management and process management.
• Experience managing team resource identification and allocation.
• Familiarity with CMMI and ISO standards.

Preferred Skills

• Proven ability in project planning, tracking, and delivery margin management.
