Description

You will manage the planning, execution, and implementation of multiple complex IT projects. You will support technical projects through all phases including design, product testing, integration, data conversion, configuration, UAT, go-live, and project close.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, organize resources, and coordinate activities.
• Manage dependencies, issues, and deliverables to ensure on-time, on-spec delivery.
• Act as a liaison between business users and IT to develop clear requirements and design specifications.
• Maintain reporting relationships with stakeholders, team members, vendors, and auditors.
• Prepare regular status reports for management and translate business needs into technical requirements.

Required Skills

• Minimum 6 years of experience in direct management of multiple, complex projects.
• Hands-on experience with Waterfall and Agile development methodologies.
• Proficiency with MS Project and TFS/Azure DevOps ALM.
• Experience managing project lifecycles from initiation through implementation.
• Proven track record of building project teams using internal and external resources.
• Expertise in managing priorities within rapidly changing environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or CIS.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
