Description

You will manage the planning, execution, and implementation of complex IT projects from initiation through close.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, organizing resources and coordinating activities across multiple streams.
• Support technical projects through design, testing, integration, data conversion, configuration, UAT, go-live, and closure.
• Manage dependencies, issues, and deliverables to ensure on-time, on-spec delivery.
• Act as the liaison between business users and IT to translate business needs into clear technical requirements and design specifications.
• Prepare regular status reports for management and maintain reporting relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and auditors.

Required Skills

• Minimum 6 years of direct management experience for multiple, complex IT projects.
• Hands-on proficiency with MS Project and TFS/Azure DevOps ALM.
• Strong command of Waterfall and Agile development methodologies.
• Experience managing full project lifecycles, including team building using internal and external resources.
• Ability to manage priorities effectively in rapidly changing environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Visio for documentation and process mapping.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or CIS.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
