Description

Manage large-scale Salesforce implementation projects with complex integrations, driving deliverables to meet quality standards and deadlines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, QA testers, and user representatives.
• Manage user stories, epics, and issues using Jira for sprint and release planning.
• Organize and lead large meetings to maintain project focus and momentum.
• Coordinate with other project managers to align on cross-functional goals.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Project Management experience.
• 3+ years of Salesforce (SFDC) functional experience.
• Direct experience with Salesforce Cloud implementations.
• Proven track record managing large-scale Salesforce projects with integrations.
• Proficiency in Jira for managing sprints and release cycles.
• Strong ability to articulate requirements and influence technical and business teams.
• Experience working alongside QA teams and developers.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience coordinating cross-functional goals across multiple project managers.
