Responsibilities

• Manage project deliverables to ensure quality standards and deadline adherence.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams, including developers, QA testers, and user representatives.
• Drive focus and organization during large meetings.
• Coordinate with other project managers to maintain alignment across workstreams.
• Utilize Jira to manage user stories, epics, issues, and sprint/release planning.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of project management experience.
• 3+ years of Salesforce (SFDC) functional experience.
• Proven track record managing large-scale SFDC implementations with integration focus.
• Proficiency with Jira for sprint and release planning.
• Strong articulation and social influence skills.
• Negotiation and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional technical and business teams.
