Description

You facilitate the agile Scrum process by coaching the team, removing impediments, and leading ceremonies.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum events, including Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
• Identify and resolve obstacles slowing down the development team.
• Coach the team on Scrum theory and agile principles to foster self-organization.
• Support the Product Owner by ensuring the product backlog is managed and understood.
• Manage the agile board in ADO, tracking metrics like sprint burndowns, velocity, and planned vs. completed work.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies.
• Experience removing development impediments.
• Coaching teams on agile principles.
• Product Owner support experience.
• ADO proficiency for agile board management.
