Description

You will lead cross-functional global teams through the full project lifecycle using Agile methodologies.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation to closure using Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
• Coach teams in adopting Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban frameworks while conducting workshops on user story writing.
• Track project health using burn-up/burn-down charts, velocity, cumulative flow diagrams, and throughput analysis.
• Liaise with stakeholders and technical teams to define scope, prioritize backlogs, and provide transparent status updates.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Agile project and program management.
• Expertise in Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban frameworks.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
• Experience managing dependencies and resolving team impediments.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and ITIL methodologies.
• Ability to use Smartsheet for delivery tracking and reporting.
• Experience with stakeholder engagement and scope definition.
• Background in leading QA initiatives and defect tracking.
