Description

Lead large-scale enterprise implementations for state-level clients, managing project lifecycles from inception to completion.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles within State of Texas or similar federal/state frameworks.
• Coordinate development efforts and translate technical requirements into actionable project plans.
• Navigate state procurement and contracting processes to ensure compliance and timely delivery.
• Drive project execution using Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
• Oversee technical implementations, leveraging Salesforce and Jira for tracking and management.

Required Skills

• 8 years of Project Management experience for large-scale enterprise implementations.
• 8 years of State of Texas or similar federal/state project management experience.
• 8 years of general development experience.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.
• 3 years of Agile (Scrum) experience.
• 2 years of Salesforce experience.
• 1 year of Jira experience.

Preferred Skills

• 5 years of experience with State of Texas project delivery frameworks.
• 4 years of PMP certification.
• 1 year of experience with state procurement and contracting.
