Description

Lead medium to large-scale data migration and data warehouse projects from impact assessment through implementation.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall plan for data migration tracks, ensuring alignment with tenant and data migration milestones.
• Direct project resources and ensure clarity in roles and responsibilities to achieve deliverable goals.
• Oversee data warehouse implementation by guiding data mapping and loads in coordination with Enterprise Data Services.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate with agency partners and data owners to ensure data validation and cleansing occur on schedule.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Proven experience managing Data Validation, Data Warehouse, and Data Visualization projects.
• Hands-on experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Ability to manage project scope, quality, time, and cost across complex initiatives.
• Experience planning and tracking large-scale data migration efforts.
• Strong capability in stakeholder identification and communication management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduation status.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Organizational Change Management.
• PMP Certification.
• IT experience working with state governments.
