Key Responsibilities
✅ Manage end-to-end Healthcare IT projects from planning and initiation through implementation and closure.
✅ Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and resource plans.
✅ Coordinate with business, technical, QA, infrastructure, application, and vendor teams.
✅ Gather requirements and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical deliverables.
✅ Lead project meetings, stakeholder discussions, status calls, and cross-functional coordination.
✅ Track project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
✅ Manage project scope, timelines, resources, budgets, and deliverables.
✅ Manage change requests and evaluate impacts on scope, schedule, cost, and resources.
✅ Coordinate testing, UAT, implementation, deployment, and post-production support activities.
✅ Manage vendor relationships and ensure third-party deliverables meet project expectations.
✅ Monitor project KPIs and communicate overall project health to leadership.
🔹 Required Qualifications
✔️ 7+ years of Project Management / IT Project Management experience
✔️ Healthcare / Healthcare IT experience is mandatory
✔️ Experience managing complex enterprise technology projects
✔️ Strong project planning, scheduling, risk, issue, and stakeholder management experience
✔️ Strong understanding of SDLC and software development methodologies.
🏥 Healthcare Domain Experience – Mandatory
