Responsibilities

• Create project timelines and manage creative, development, and production milestones.
• Foster Agile principles and track sprint progress against overall timelines.
• Partner with development teams to understand technical opportunities and limitations.
• Manage external vendors and resources to ensure projects remain on schedule.
• Communicate requirements, deliverable dates, and project status to product and account leads.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience leading projects in a technical environment.
• 7+ years of experience leading projects in an Agile development environment.
• Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong project management experience.
• Experience working directly with creative teams and development engineers.
• Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing and media.
• Understanding of web and mobile technologies.
• Technical knowledge of various systems and technologies.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification.
