Description

You will manage the end-to-end project lifecycle to ensure consistent delivery of value, scope, and schedule.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive project delivery through planning, resource allocation, and management of risks and scope.
• Coordinate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Retrospectives, Demos, and Story Refinement.
• Facilitate team effectiveness by removing obstacles and protecting the team from outside distractions.
• Manage the relationship between the team and Product Owner while assisting with backlog prioritization.
• Track and report team velocity, project progress, costs, and risks to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management or Scrum Master roles.
• Expert knowledge of Agile project management principles, including Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• Required SAFe framework experience.
• Required PMP and CSM certifications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Visio, and MS Office.
• Experience with Agile collaboration tools such as Jira, Team Foundation Server, or Version One.
• Ability to analyze and document business and system processes.
• Strong skills in mentoring, coaching, and stakeholder expectation management.

Preferred Skills

• SAFe Certification.
