Description

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate activities of large, long-term, inter-departmental infrastructure or development projects
• Manage complex IT efforts and ensure project goals and objectives are accomplished within prescribed timeframes and budgetary constraints
• Structure work into various workstreams within large projects and manage multiple IT projects concurrently
• Lead and manage large teams with members working in multiple locations
• Apply project management and Scrum methodologies including planning, risk management, budgeting, cost control, and assessment
• Manage software and SaaS acquisition processes and RFPs
• Develop and manage Jira boards and facilitate Scrum ceremonies
• Manage vendor contracts and relationships
• Communicate project status and requirements at all levels of the organization, including Executive leadership
• Build and maintain strong team relationships in a trusting environment

Qualifications

• Required
  • At least 5 years of hands-on project management and Scrum Master experience managing complex IT efforts
  • Demonstrated experience structuring work into workstreams and managing multiple IT projects concurrently
  • Strong applied use of project management and Scrum tools and techniques
  • Experience with vendor contracts and vendor management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong facilitation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to represent work and communicate across all organizational levels
  • Experience in a retail environment
• Preferred
  • Experience with Cloud Data Platforms supporting Marketing, Customer Analytics, and Personalization in an omni-channel retail environment
  • Proficiency with WorkOtter
  • Proficiency with Jira
  • Proficiency with SharePoint
  • Proficiency with Excel
  • Proficiency with PowerPoint
  • Understanding of business process transformation and change management practices
