Manage strategic initiatives to enhance client experience and drive business growth through data-driven decision-making and technical governance.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of strategic initiatives and pricing exception frameworks in collaboration with product owners and business partners.
• Partner with business and technology teams to ensure planning aligns with project goals, timelines, and requirements.
• Leverage AI and data-driven insights to identify efficiency opportunities and support decision-making processes.
• Conduct analysis on program dependencies, pricing considerations, and business impacts to inform prioritization.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in project management and technology governance.
• Proficiency with Jira, GitHub, Confluence, and Remedy Change Management.
• Deep understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and business-led development processes.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex program dependencies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client-centric orientation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using AI tools to analyze data and improve operational efficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work-related experience.
