Responsibilities

• Facilitate relationships between Agile teams and product owners to ensure alignment.
• Manage team dynamics and delivery processes.
• Maintain a safe and productive working environment.
• Resolve conflicts within the team to minimize delivery blockers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Agile Coach expertise.
• Experience facilitating Agile team and product owner interactions.
• Proven ability in conflict resolution.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a Mississauga, ON, Canada based role.
