Description

You will lead the functional workstream for Dynamics 365 Project Operations implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer-facing functional workshops to document requirements and design code-free solutions.
• Create functional design specifications, solution documents, and detailed project scopes including estimates and schedules.
• Collaborate with technical consultants to architect D365 CRM/xRM systems, customizations, and reports.
• Manage project risks and issues in coordination with project and program managers.
• Deliver end-user training and develop super users in coordination with the Education Team.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of Dynamics CRM Project Operations experience.
• At least 3 end-to-end full life cycle implementations of Dynamics 365.
• Expertise in MS Dynamics 365 Implementation and Project Operations functionality.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerApps, PowerBI, Power Automate, and CDM.
• Experience with SharePoint integration with CRM.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, Azure DevOps, SharePoint, and Visio.
• Experience working within Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead functional teams with onshore and offshore resources.
• Required CRM Certifications.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Azure DevOps or similar enterprise planning and delivery tools.
