Description

Manage defect lifecycles and operational support within an Agile environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and triage defects and enhancement opportunities alongside business teams.
• Sequence and prioritize issues based on criticality to ensure efficient resolution.
• Own the release-specific defect lifecycle and drive issues to logical closure.
• Establish support models and adhere to defined Service Level Agreements.
• Participate in a 24/7 support rotation and manage cut-over activities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in project operations or defect management.
• Proficiency in Defect Management and monitoring processes.
• Experience working within Agile development environments.
• Ability to manage cut-over activities and project milestones.
• Availability to participate in a 24/7 support rotation.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams for strategic planning.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience driving issues to logical closure in high-volume release cycles.
