Description

You will lead the Planning group to drive on-time delivery and resource optimization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the Planning department by communicating expectations and coaching subordinates.
• Monitor and report on schedule performance against baselines to ensure on-time delivery.
• Develop tools for resource workload analysis and planning.
• Promote and support the implementation of company planning tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project planning or management roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project Server.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
• Experience with Microsoft Access.
• Expertise in the Microsoft Office suite.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
