Description

You guide executive-level stakeholders based on industry standards related to a specific discipline or field of specialization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed audits and analysis to identify obstacles and suggest recommended solutions.
• Consult with executive stakeholders to define business needs or problems, and analyze them to advise on solutions.
• Conduct studies or surveys to obtain data required for determining solutions.
• Advise client or department heads on alternate methods or recommend specific solutions.
• Provide mentoring and guidance to agency personnel and leadership.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience providing consulting services to governmental entities.
• Expertise in Data Analysis and related technical fields.
• Proficiency with Project Management methodologies (PMBOK), preferably Waterfall or Kanban.
• Experience with ServiceNow Platform.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and assertiveness.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision or direction.

Preferred Skills

• Strong experience in data analysis and reporting.
• PMI’s CAPM or PMP certification.
