Manage project portfolios by integrating business needs with technical solutions and system integration expertise.

Responsibilities

• Consult with executive-level stakeholders to define business problems and recommend technical or procedural solutions.
• Conduct detailed audits, research, and data analysis to identify obstacles and suggest improvements to processing methods or equipment.
• Guide agency leadership and personnel through mentoring and technical guidance.
• Perform studies and surveys to gather data required for implementing alternate methods or redesigning services.
• Advise department heads on specific technical solutions based on industry standards and hands-on experience.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management and consulting.
• Extensive experience providing consulting services to governmental entities.
• Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong experience in project management methodologies including PMBOK, Waterfall, or Kanban.
• Expertise in data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in system integration and technology-focused problem solving.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision as a self-starter.
• Any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• PMI CAPM or PMP certification.
