Description

You guide executive stakeholders and agency leadership through data-driven audits, analysis, and solution recommendations for governmental entities. This role involves consulting on business needs, conducting surveys, and mentoring personnel to resolve operational obstacles.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed audits and analysis to identify obstacles and recommend solutions.
• Consult with executive stakeholders to define business needs and advise on corrective actions.
• Conduct studies or surveys to gather data required for determining strategic solutions.
• Advise client or department heads on alternate methods and specific implementation strategies.
• Provide mentoring and guidance to agency personnel and leadership teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience providing consulting services to governmental entities.
• Expertise in Data Analysis and related technical fields.
• Proficiency with Project Management methodologies (PMBOK), preferably Waterfall or Kanban.
• Experience with ServiceNow Platform.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and assertiveness.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision or direction.

Preferred Skills

• Strong experience in data analysis and reporting.
• PMI’s CAPM or PMP certification.
