Description

Manage project lifecycles and portfolio resources using Clarity PPM. Own cost, schedule, scope, and risk control across diverse IT initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules, resource allocation, and budgets within the Clarity PPM tool.
• Develop and maintain SUITE PMM deliverables, including Project Charters, Communication Plans, and Risk and Issue Management Plans.
• Enforce the Change Management process and create Corrective Action Plans (CAP) for projects at risk.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, and agency leadership.
• Monitor vendor contracts to ensure adherence to deliverable approval procedures and timelines.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of IT project management experience following industry standard best practices.
• 7+ years of experience managing project budgets, schedules, change requests, and risk logs.
• 7+ years of experience using project portfolio management systems, specifically Clarity.
• 7+ years of experience developing and delivering formal project status reports.
• 5+ years of experience managing diverse stakeholders and system owners across departments.
• 5+ years of advanced working knowledge of MS Project.
• Knowledge of SUITE PMM and System Engineering Methodology (SEM).
• Experience with CAP, SUITE Project, and PMM frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
• 5+ years of experience managing multi-vendor environments within a government setting.
