Description

Lead end-to-end project planning and execution for AI programs, covering discovery, prototyping, pilot, and production phases.

Responsibilities

• Manage scope, timelines, dependencies, and governance for cross-functional teams including AI Product Owners, Framework Engineers, and Regulatory Experts.
• Establish integrated project plans, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of AI initiatives.
• Mitigate risks through RAID logs, defining clear ownership and mitigation strategies for assumptions, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-team delivery, monitor budgets, and manage vendor engagement and resource allocation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of proven experience in Agile and hybrid project/program management methodologies.
• Strong understanding of the AI delivery lifecycle, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency with project management tools: Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of security, compliance standards, and responsible AI governance practices.

Preferred Skills

• Basic understanding of Python, FastAPI, LangChain, RAG workflows, and database concepts.
