Key Responsibilities
▪️ Lead and manage technical/software projects from initiation through completion
▪️ Develop project charters, schedules, resource plans, and overall program roadmaps
▪️ Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
▪️ Identify and resolve risks, issues, and cross-program dependencies
▪️ Drive alignment on scope, priorities, and decision-making across stakeholders
▪️ Facilitate sprint planning, daily scrums, and agile ceremonies
▪️ Prepare executive-ready status reports, dashboards, and presentations
▪️ Collaborate daily with U.S.-based cross-functional teams
▪️ Guide and influence technical and project management team members

Required Qualifications
▪️ Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of relevant experience
OR
▪️ Master’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience
▪️ Proven experience managing technical or software development projects
▪️ Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and sprint execution
▪️ Working knowledge of:
- JIRA
- Azure DevOps
- Confluence
▪️ Advanced proficiency in:
- Microsoft Excel
- PowerPoint
- MS Project
▪️ Strong communication and executive presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications
▪️ Background in software development
▪️ AWS knowledge or certification
▪️ Experience with data design, data extraction, and big data transformation initiatives
▪️ PMP certification
▪️ Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
▪️ Change Management certification
▪️ Six Sigma Black Belt
▪️ Knowledge of Power BI
