Description

You will own the end-to-end execution of Post-Sign Purchase Price Allocation (PPA) activities, acting as the primary liaison between internal finance teams, auditors, and external valuation specialists.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full PPA lifecycle from deal signing through closing and audit support, establishing immediate project timelines.
• Review Purchase Agreements to identify transferred assets and define valuation scopes for real, personal, and intangible property.
• Collaborate with Technical Accounting, Tax, and Global Risk teams to align requirements and manage third-party valuation vendors.
• Validate technical valuation methodologies, perform quality assurance reviews, and challenge assumptions to ensure auditor alignment.
• Oversee the Pre-valuation Opening Balance Sheet (OBS) and lead audit defense efforts by reconciling final outputs to the general ledger.

Required Skills

• 3–5+ years of experience in Transaction Advisory, Corporate Finance, Corporate Development, or Big Four environments.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial statement analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven ability to manage complex financial projects and multiple deal timelines simultaneously.
• Experience preparing executive-level materials with excellent written communication skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and experience in M&A transactions.
