Description

You will manage schedule development, maintenance, and monitoring for proposal and project schedules. You will integrate discipline work scopes into comprehensive plans and establish milestones. You will monitor the critical path and schedule performance to provide regular progress updates. You will organize resource loading and leveling to align manpower with project needs. You will lead the development of schedule recovery plans, including resource and cost evaluations.

• Organize and supervise schedule resource loading and leveling to align manpower with project needs.
• Lead the development and review of schedule recovery plans, including resource and cost evaluations.
• Collaborate with project teams to review design scope criteria, quantities, and estimating bases.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in planning and scheduling.
• Proven experience as a P6 planner on a large construction project.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority assignments and projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and technical or legal materials.
• Proficiency in conducting in-person and virtual meetings and participation activities.
• Experience interfacing with Program Controls Managers or Directors.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder coordination.
• Demonstrated ability to meet strict project deadlines.
