Description

You will manage schedule development, maintenance, and monitoring for proposal and project schedules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Integrate discipline work scopes into comprehensive project plans and establish milestones.
• Monitor the critical path and schedule performance to provide regular progress updates.
• Organize resource loading and leveling to align manpower with project needs.
• Lead the development of schedule recovery plans, including resource and cost evaluations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in planning and scheduling.
• Proven experience as a Primavera P6 (P6) planner on large construction projects.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority assignments and projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and technical materials.
• Experience interfacing with Program Controls Managers or Directors.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder coordination.
• Demonstrated ability to meet strict project deadlines.
