Description

Own integrated project schedules for a 12-month duration, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders and contractors.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and communicate integrated project schedules.
• Create preliminary schedules to support project planning and budgeting phases.
• Solicit and integrate schedules from all contractors and subcontractors.
• Lead stakeholder conversations regarding schedules and critical paths.
• Assist Project Managers in identifying risks, issues, and opportunities related to scheduling.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 10 years of construction scheduling experience.
• Proficiency with MS Project and Primavera software.
• Deep understanding of resource management and cost-loaded scheduling.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Proven schedule recovery skillset.
• Ability to train Project Managers on scheduling software and basic construction knowledge.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or equivalent extensive experience.
