  • Lead scheduling activities for intermediate to complex projects, ensuring all project scopes, deliverables, and timelines are accurately represented.
  • Establish and maintain integrated project schedules, including resource loading, leveling, baselines, and schedule updates.
  • Perform Critical Path Method (CPM) analysis to identify scheduling conflicts, potential delays, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers, contractors, suppliers, and execution teams to gather project updates and maintain accurate schedules.
  • Lead schedule review meetings, communicate project progress, and identify risks that could impact key milestones.
  • Develop and maintain project tracking reports, performance metrics, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Monitor schedule and cost performance, including Schedule Performance Index (SPI) and Cost Performance Index (CPI).
  • Perform schedule forecasting and develop alternative scheduling scenarios to minimize delays and improve project execution.
  • Support project and outage teams with scheduling, commodity tracking, progress reporting, and schedule analysis.
  • Ensure scheduling practices comply with established project management standards, procedures, and governance requirements.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior schedulers as needed.
  • Conduct site visits or construction walkdowns as required to verify project progress and scheduling activities.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on Primavera P6 scheduling experience, including Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling.
  • Demonstrated experience leading scheduling activities for complex projects.
  • Strong ability to update, maintain, baseline, and analyze project schedules independently.
  • Experience developing integrated schedules, identifying critical paths, and performing schedule risk analysis.
  • Background in utility operations, construction, engineering, maintenance, or major capital projects.
  • Experience coordinating schedules with Project Managers, contractors, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, including developing complex spreadsheets and reports.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet project deadlines.

Qualifying degrees may include Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Accounting, Technology, Project Management, or a related field.

All candidates must also meet the minimum requirement of 5 years of Primavera P6 CPM scheduling experience.
