Description

You will lead sourcing strategy and execution for capital equipment and lab infrastructure.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing strategy for capital equipment including Chambers, RTO, and HVAC systems.
• Partner with Facilities, EHS, and Project Management to align sourcing with project timelines.
• Develop and manage RFQs, RFPs, and supplier evaluations to secure optimal terms.
• Negotiate complex contracts and manage vendor relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and quality metrics.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years in strategic sourcing or procurement focusing on capital equipment or lab infrastructure.
• Proven ability to negotiate complex supplier contracts.
• Strong understanding of lab construction requirements and equipment specifications.
• Experience driving sourcing compliance and influencing cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools and project management systems.
• Experience in regulated environments.

Preferred Skills

• 8+ years of total working experience in related fields.
