Description

Oversee residential construction projects across multiple sites, managing schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate directly with clients and subcontractors to maintain clear communication.
• Oversee project planning and problem-solving to address site-specific issues.
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and complies with building codes and regulations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in construction project supervision and scheduling.
• Proficiency with Procore and BlueBeam.
• Deep knowledge of residential construction methods, building codes, and regulations.
• Experience managing budgets and implementing cost control measures.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems under pressure.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• OSHA certification.
• LEED accreditation.
