Description

Lead IT project teams to ensure adherence to processes, operational standards, and timely delivery of value.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and tailor project process guidance, including plans and subordinate plans.
• Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies such as daily standups, backlog grooming, and sprint retrospectives.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and negotiate changes to requirements, scope, and commitments.
• Identify, clarify, and resolve project risks and impediments, escalating to management when necessary.
• Monitor progress against scope, schedule, budget, and quality, taking corrective actions to ensure timely delivery.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in project management or delivery roles.
• Deep knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, SDLC, DevOps, and SAFe methodologies.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Azure DevOps for reporting tasks, defects, and time.
• Experience managing test system configurations, test data, test executions, and test scripts.
• Ability to define release scope and schedules to ensure regular delivery of value.
• Strong ability to balance project constraints including scope, schedule, budget, and risk.
• Proven experience in mentoring IT project teams and defining team member roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for reporting and stakeholder management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with test data management and test script execution frameworks.
