Manage survey project scopes, crews, and deliverables from initial research through final documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage survey tasks and schedule field crews.
• Determine appropriate data collection methods and perform field work as required.
• Execute field data preparation, record research, data processing, and survey calculations.
• Oversee the base mapping process, including the preparation of plats and easements.
• Train and mentor junior staff members.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of related professional experience.
• Professional Degree in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience performing ALTAL and Boundary Surveys, Topographic/Existing Condition & Route Surveys, and Construction Layout.
• Expertise in researching previous survey evidence, maps, deeds, and physical records.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD.
• Ability to obtain LS licensure within 6-8 months.
• Proven ability to manage and direct less experienced staff.
