Description

You will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects from inception to completion. You lead and mentor engineers, developers, and technical professionals while fostering collaboration and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior management to define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business priorities.
• Allocate resources effectively to maximize productivity and achieve milestones within budget and timeline constraints.
• Provide technical guidance to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and meet quality standards.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and ensure project success.
• Drive process improvements and best practices to enhance efficiency and delivery excellence.

Required Skills

• 16+ years of experience managing technology projects or teams.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and ITSM methodologies.
• Hands-on technical background in Infrastructure services, including Datacentre Technologies.
• Deep expertise in Wintel, Linux/Unix, Backup and Recovery, Database, Middleware, and Network technologies.
• Proficiency in Information Security, IAM, and Cloud technologies such as Azure.
• Clear understanding of network topology concepts.
• Experience in DR plan development and DR drill execution.

Preferred Skills

• ITIL and Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP).
• Relevant technical certifications for supported technologies.
